KAANA FOUNDATION FOR OUTREACH PROGRAMS (KAFOP)

Kaana Foundation for outreach programs is a non-profit and non-partisan Organization that aims to support and empower young people, women and children afflicted by HIV and WASH related concerns contribute to SDG 6 and 3 and the universal UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets. We do so by promoting HIV prevention, testing, and treatment, enhancing access to healthcare services, addressing stigma and prejudice, and advocating for policies and programs that support the health and well-being of our target populations.
